Guwahati, Sept. 17 -- Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya on Wednesday presented the 'Governor Assam Vishwakarma Samman' to six divyangjan, recognising their outstanding contributions in various fields on the occasion of Vishwakarma Jayanti.
