Itanagar, Oct. 29 -- Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Wednesday called on the Governor, Lt General KT Parnaik (Retd.), to discuss key developmental issues concerning the State and review the progress of several ongoing initiatives at Raj Bhavan in Itanagar.
