Mullanpur, April 20 -- Punjab Kings' (PBKS) left-arm pacer Arshdeep Singh continued his dominance over Phil Salt in T20s, once again getting the better of the English batter in the Indian Premier League (IPL) clash on Sunday in Mullanpur.
