New Delhi, Aug. 17 -- Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Sunday congratulated Maharashtra Governor CP Radhakrishnan for being named as the National Democratic Alliance's (NDA) for the upcoming Vice Presidential election.
