Ahmedabad, Feb. 26 -- A grand 6.25 km long Nagar Shobha Yatra of Goddess Bhadrakali was held in Ahmedabad city on the occasion of Maha Shivratri.

More than 50 vehicles could be seen participating in the religious procession on Wednesday.

Participants in the vehicles were seen carrying red flags, while drummers and other musicians joined the procession.

In Ahmedabad's Ghodasara area, devotees crafted a Shivlinga from snow to mark the auspicious occasion of Maha Shivratri, showcasing their deep faith and devotion.

The Shivlinga made of ice looked visually stunning, resembling the sacred form of Lord Shiva and was placed on the temple premises where devotees performed Abhishekam with milk, water, and bilva leaves.
