Kabul, Aug. 29 -- The World Health Organization (WHO) has warned that Afghanistan faces a severe health crisis as 22 million people need aid, funding gaps have shut clinics, and mass refugee returns threaten to overwhelm fragile systems, Khaama Press reported.

The WHO has warned that Afghanistan faces a worsening humanitarian crisis, with more than 22 million of the country's 46 million people in urgent need of assistance. The country's health system, already fragile, is now on the verge of collapse.
