New Delhi, Jan. 11 -- The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Sunday took disciplinary action against Parvinder Kaur Brar, President of Longowal Municipal Council, and suspended her from the party steps due to anti-party activities.

Along with her, Kamal Brar and Karam Singh Brar were also suspended from primary membership of the party with immediate effect, as per an official party statement.

The statement read, "It has come to the notice of the Party that you have been involved in anti-party activities. Accordingly, the Party hereby suspends you, along with Kamal Brar and Karam Singh Brar, from the primary membership of the Aam Aadmi Party with immediate effect."
