Anantnag, April 26 -- Following Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari's empty rhetoric on the Indus Water Treaty, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Ravinder Raina on Saturday reminded Pakistan of India's military might, citing the 1965 and 1971 wars and the Kargil conflict, asserting that while India is a peace-loving nation, it possesses the strength to defend its sovereignty.

"Pakistan knows that India is a peace-loving country, but the world also knows India's strength. Bilawal Bhutto should remember 1965 when the Indian Army hoisted the tricolour flag in Lahore, and 1971 when the Pakistani Army was driven out of Dhaka, and the Kargil war when the Pakistanis entered but did not go back," Raina told ANI.
