New Delhi, May 16 -- Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) leader Vinod Bansal on Friday demanded "strict action" against Samajwadi Party MP Ram Gopal Yadav for demeaning defence officials, Wing Commander Vyomika Singh and Air Marshal AK Bharti.

He accused Yadav of dividing the army and trying to create hatred among various components of Hindu society and demanded for his immidiate arrest.

"He has worked to divide the army and tried to create hatred among various components of Hindu society. He should be arrested immediately...We've requested to CM and police that if such people are left free, then such people will continue to divide the society... I hope that serious action will be taken against him...," said Bansal.
