New Delhi, Jan. 16 -- Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Friday described the 3rd International Kite Festival as a wonderful event, saying it brings people together and reflects Delhi's vibrant festival culture.

Speaking to the reporters, Gupta said, "Delhi is the capital of festivals, and today, thousands of people will gather in this Bansera park for the kite festival and enjoy the celebrations. I am very grateful to the Lieutenant Governor, who initiated this kite festival three years ago. Since then, thousands of people from Delhi have participated in it. It's a wonderful event that brings us all together."
