Bengaluru, June 21 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Tejasvi Surya on Saturday applauded Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his dedicated efforts in making yoga popular globally and stated that the wisdom and appeal of yoga were "universal" and "timeless".

He further stated that Yoga was not just India's soft power but also a living bridge between the ancient, modern and the rest of the world with India.
