Mumbai, July 18 -- NCP-SCP MLA Rohit Pawar on Friday, speaking on the clash between the supporters of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MLA Gopichand Padalkar and NCP-SCP leader Jitendra Awhad, said that these kinds of incidents would lead to distrust among the people of the state.

"These kinds of incidents will lead to distrust among the people of Maharashtra..."Pawar told ANI.

Giving insights into the attack, Pawar said that four people had planned to attack the NCP-SCP leader who received threats on Whatsapp from the workers of the new 'aaka.'
