Kolkata, Dec. 8 -- On the celebration of the 150th anniversary of 'Vande Mataram' by the central government, Sajal Chattopadhyay, great-grandson of Bankim Chandra Chatterjee, expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said that this should have happened a long time ago.
