New Delhi, Feb. 4 -- Congress MP Karti Chidambaram on Tuesday came out in support of the leader of the opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi's claims about China's incursions into Indian territory.

Chidambaram emphasised that there's already overwhelming evidence in the public domain, including statements from the Armed Forces and satellite images, which confirm that China still controls parts of Indian territory.

He questioned the need for further authentication, given that this information is already widely known. Chidambaram expressed confidence that Rahul Gandhi will be able to substantiate his claims, which are grounded in established public knowledge.
