Paschim Medinipur, Oct. 30 -- With the Bihar Assembly election around the corner, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader Dilip Ghosh on Thursday questioned the contributions of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi and his party to the State's development.

Addressing ANI, Ghosh said, "What has Rahul Gandhi done for Bihar? Why do the people of Bihar not look upto Congress? Today, Bihar is progressing under the leadership of Bihar CM Nitish Kumar."
