Kolkata, Feb. 12 -- Reacting to the West Bengal Budget, Union Minister Sukanta Majumdar on Wednesday termed it "directionless" and said it fails to address the issue of unemployment.

"This budget is directionless and does not address the core problem of unemployment...They are only spending money on 'Rewari politics'...When the BJP government is formed (in West Bengal), we will give DA at the central level," he said.

West Bengal Leader of Opposition and BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari asserted that the BJP will win West Bengal in the next election, following recent victories in Odisha and Delhi after 27 years.
