Dubai, Feb. 23 -- United Arab Emirates (UAE) cricketer Ibrar Ahmad Dawar has earned high praise from Indian cricket superstar Virat Kohli ahead of the much-anticipated ICC Champions Trophy clash against Pakistan in Dubai.
