Kochi, May 3 -- Reflecting on his appearance alongside Prime Minister Narendra Modi at an event in Kerala, Congress MP Shashi Tharoor emphasised that the Vizhinjam Seaport, long envisioned by the people of Kerala, demonstrates how national development can transcend party lines.
