New Delhi, May 9 -- Amid the escalating tensions between India and Pakistan, former Indian Ambassador Vidya Bhushan Soni underlined that India has acted with responsibility and has not undertaken any actions that could be deemed blameworthy.

Speaking to ANI on Friday, Soni stated that Pakistan is a "failed" state that has been acknowledged for decades by all international agencies and world bodies.
