Patna, April 18 -- Amid growing debate, Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Kumar Jha responded to Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar's criticism of the judiciary, saying "we need to think with a sensitive approach" across all pillars of democracy.

Speaking to ANI, Jha said, "We are in an era of politics where we need to think with sensitivity. Whether it is the executive, legislature, judiciary, or media, there has to be a fine balance..."

Sibal's reaction follows Dhankhar's comments, which appeared to criticise the judiciary for overstepping its bounds. VP Dhankar had stated that "Article 142 has become a nuclear missile against Democratic forces, available to the judiciary 24 x 7."
