New Delhi, Feb. 8 -- BJP candidate Ramesh Bidhuri on Saturday exuded confidence as early trends show his party surging ahead of AAP in 42 out of 70 assembly constituencies in Delhi. Bidhuri, who's contesting from the Kalkaji Assembly constituency, attributed this lead to the people's desire for development, which he claims has been lacking under AAP national convenor Arvind Kejriwal's leadership over the past decade.
