Guwahati, March 17 -- Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday expressed gratitude for Union Home Minister Amit Shah's recent three-day visit to the state, during which he inaugurated a new state police training academy and discussed the implementation of three new criminal laws.
