New Delhi, July 1 -- Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) MP Manoj Jha on Tuesday sharply reacted to the assault of Ratnakar Sahoo, Additional Commissioner of the Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation (BMC), and questioned whether the incident would be viewed as an example of "jungle raj" by Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah.

Speaking to ANI in Delhi, Jha criticised what he described as selective outrage over law-and-order issues across different states. He said, "I want to see if the PM and Amit Shah ji consider this to be 'jungle raj' or not. There should not be a cock-eyed view. If any such incident comes to light from any state, it should be looked at as an indication of anarchy."
