New Delhi, May 5 -- BJP leader and national spokesperson Syed Shahnawaz Hussain slammed Jamiat Ulama-i-Hind president Arshad Madani for his recent statement on the suspension of Indus Water Treaty.

Shahnawaz Hussain said that he condemns the statement and it is very objectionable. He asked if Pakistan can conduct a blood bath, then can we not stop their water?. The BJP leader further said that there is anger in the Muslim community by the statement made by Arshad Madani.
