New Delhi, March 23 -- Delhi BJP president Virendraa Sachdeva on Sunday said that the upcoming budget of the government in the national capital will be "a budget for the people and by the people". He added that his party's government would take Delhi forward in its developmental path.

"The upcoming budget will be for the people, and it will have all the promises which we made in the Sankalp Patra...We will take Delhi forward and develop it. This will be a budget for the people and by the people," Sachdeva said.

"The Chief Minister (Rekha Gupta) also continuously takes suggestions from the people regarding the people. We are also getting help from the central government," he added.
