Kabul, Jan. 5 -- US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller said that the recently adopted UN Security Council resolution highlights the support of the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) for Afghanistan's integration into the international community only if Kabul meets its international obligations, as reported by TOLO News.
