New Delhi, April 24 -- CPI-M leader Brinda Karat on Thursday condemned the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, describing it as "unimaginable" that someone could kill innocent people and tourists in such a manner.

Speaking to ANI, Karat said, "What happened in Pahalgam, the innocent tourists were killed, CPI-M has condemned this incident...whatever steps the government takes against this, we will support it. It is unimaginable that someone could kill innocent people and tourists like this..."

The Central government has called for an all-party meeting to discuss the Pahalgam terror attack. According to sources, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will chair the meeting.
