Mumbai, March 20 -- Nationalist Congress Party (NCP-SCP) leader Rohit Pawar has criticised the Maharashtra government over the killing of two individuals from the Scheduled Tribe (ST) community in Nashik, including a vice president of Ajit Pawar's party, the NCP.
Rohit Pawar accused the authorities of providing evasive responses and cited discrepancies in official statements regarding similar incidents.
Referring to a past incident in Nagpur, Pawar on Wednesday alleged that the police commissioner had issued contradictory statements, raising concerns about transparency in such cases.
