Chennai, March 27 -- AIADMK National Spokesperson Kovai Sathyan on Thursday criticized the Tamil Nadu government's resolution against the Waqf Amendment Bill, accusing the DMK of rushing to create a narrative based on religion and language.

He questioned why parties involved in the Joint Parliamentary Committee (JPC) were not challenging the bill in court and condemned the move as an attempt to instigate people for vote bank politics.
