Gwalior, April 27 -- Madhya Pradesh Congress president Jitendra (Jitu) Patwari announced that his party will launch a public awareness program in Gwalior as part of a state-level campaign to "save Constitution" on April 28.
Patwari stated that Congress will go door-to-door and administer the oath of the Indian Constitution.
