Hyderabad, Oct. 16 -- BJP leader Boora Narsaiah Goud on Thursday, reacting to the attempted arrest of the Officer on Special Duty (OSD) of Telangana Minister Konda Surekha, said that this is just "the tip of the iceberg," alleging larger "corruption" in the Congress party.

He also suggested that the Telangana government is making OSD, N. Sumanth, a "scapegoat" alleging that all government offices under Congress are "epicentre of corruption."

"The recent episode of Telangana police trying to arrest the OSD of the minister (Konda Surekha) is nothing new. It is just the tip of the iceberg. Congress means corruption. It has a corruption in its name. Maybe they are trying to make an OSD as a scapegoat. From the CMO office to the MLA's office...
