Muzaffarpur, June 2 -- The Bihar Police said on Monday that they will file a chargesheet within 15 days in the alleged rape and murder of a minor girl in Muzaffarpur and the matter will be brought under a speedy trial.
Speaking to ANI, Muzaffarpur Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP), Sushil Kumar asserted that the accused has been sent to judicial custody.
"This incident occurred on 27th May...The accused lived in a neighbouring village and knew them. He used to come there often. He was a fish seller. He lured the girl and raped her.
