New Delhi, March 24 -- Amid a row over Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar's reported statement on the Constitution, Union Minister of State Murlidhar Mohol said that this is the real face of the Congress who has insulted the Constitution and Dr Baba Saheb Ambedkar.

"On one hand, Rahul Gandhi keeps roaming around with the Constitution book in his book and on the other hand, his party leader and Karnataka Dy CM spoke in such a way that if the time comes, they can change the Constitution as well. This is the real face of Congress. They have insulted Constitution and BR Ambedkar," Mohol told ANI.
