New Delhi, Feb. 5 -- BJP MP Ravishankar Prasad strongly criticised the Congress and opposition parties over the disruption in Parliament, backing Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla for expressing anguish over the unprecedented scenes witnessed in the House.
