New Delhi, July 14 -- After Delhi police recovered the body of a 19-year-old student from Tripura, a neighbour on Monday said that the missing girl's family had moved to the locality just over two months ago.
Paras Chhikara, the neighbour of deceased Delhi University student Sneha Debnath, who works as a cab driver, narrated his encounter with the girl and informed that she mistakenly boarded his car thinking that it was the cab she had booked, but got off and left in the cab she had actually booked.
