Thiruvananthapuram, Jan. 26 -- Kerala Governor Rajendra Vishwanath Arlekar on Monday stressed that the Centre and states are not enemies but partners working together for the country's development, calling for cooperation to achieve the vision of a Viksit Bharat by 2047.
During the Republic Day celebrations in Thiruvananthapuram, Arlekar said, "They are not Enemies we may have differences, but not at all enemies. We are friends, we are colleagues in the March towards the development of this country."
