New Delhi, March 24 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) MP Ravi Shankar Prasad on Monday launched a sharp attack on Karnataka Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar and the Congress party, accusing them of pursuing "Muslim appeasement" under the guise of altering the Constitution.
Addressing a press conference, Prasad quoted Shivakumar's recent statement over the four per cent reservation for minorities in Karnataka.
