Patna, Oct. 26 -- Bihar Deputy Chief Minister and BJP candidate from Tarapur Assembly constituency, Samrat Chaudhary, on Sunday slammed the RJD for only making promises before polls, and said the real issue is delivering, which the NDA government does.

Speaking to reporters, Chaudhary emphasised that the NDA government delivers on its promises, as there is a clear difference between those who talk and those who act.

"In democracy, just talking is not the only issue; the Modi-Nitish Kumar government delivers on its promises and after delivering, it gives a message, so on one side there are people who talk (RJD) and on the other side there are people who act (NDA), they act: Modiji and Nitish Kumar," said Chaudhary.
