New Delhi, July 27 -- Congress MP Jairam Ramesh on Sunday took a dig at Prime Minister Narendra Modi over the Pahalgam attack and Operation Sindoor, citing former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's move to set up a four-member Kargil Review Committee following the 1999 Kargil War.

Ahead of the 16-hour debate on Operation Sindoor in the Parliament, Jairam Ramesh said that it was a different Prime Minister and a different BJP during the Kargil war.
