New Delhi, March 19 -- Union Minister of State (MoS) Home Affairs Nityanand Rai, on Wednesday, sent a strong message to terrorists in the Rajya Sabha, stating that they will either face jail time or meet their demise.

This assertion comes amid the government's zero-tolerance policy towards terrorism, which has led to a significant 71% decrease in terrorist activities.
