Anantnag, April 26 -- Congress leader Ghulam Ahmad Mir on Saturday condemned the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, saying that it was an attack on humanity.

Speaking to ANI, Mir said, "According to the reports coming from the ground, terrorists separated men and women, and killed the men after asking their religion. This means it was an agenda. They not just targeted humanity and Kashmiriyat, they also targeted the livelihood of Kashmiris. The entire country has to defeat this agenda now. Now is the time for the country to come together and stand up in front of this fake agenda that has been set up. Jammu and Kashmir and the whole of India have never stood up together against terrorism in such large numbers, as is being seen now."
