Raipur, Nov. 9 -- Samajwadi Party (SP) Chief Akhilesh Yadav on Sunday expressed strong confidence in Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) leader Tejashwi Yadav's prospects in the Bihar Assembly elections, saying there is a wave of public support for him across the state.

Speaking to reporters, Akhilesh Yadav said, "Tejashwi ji is going to win Bihar and form the government. You can see the public support he has been getting. People will not let any conspiracy succeed."

Earlier today, Tejashwi Yadav, the Chief Ministerial candidate of the Mahagathbandhan, expressed confidence in the alliance's victory in the Bihar Assembly elections on Sunday, stating that there was a "good" atmosphere in the state.
