New Delhi, April 21 -- Congress leader Supriya Shrinate criticised BJP MP Nishikant Dubey and said that there cannot be anything "filthier" than his statement about Chief Justice of India Sanjiv Khanna.

She said that such a person must be expelled from the party, but the entire BJP is standing in his defence.

"Nishikant Dubey said that the CJI of this country is responsible for the civil war. What can be filthier than this... Such a person should be expelled from the party, but your entire party is standing in defence of that man, your Chief Minister is tweeting in his defence...", Supriya Shrinate told ANI.

Senior Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit contested the BJP MP's knowledge about the Constitution.
