New Delhi, Nov. 21 -- Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday asserted that the four new labour codes, to be implemented from today, provide a strong foundation for universal social security and will protect workers' rights.

The Code on Wages, 2019, the Industrial Relations Code, 2020, the Code on Social Security, 2020 and the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 are set to be implemented from today.
