New Delhi, Aug. 19 -- Union Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has voiced strong disappointment, saying that while the nation takes pride in the success of Chandrayaan, the bravery of the Armed Forces in surgical strikes, and the historic feat of Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla, who returned after a mission to the International Space Station, the Congress has instead chosen to raise questions and create disruption over such achievements.
