Patna, April 7 -- Congress leader Tariq Anwar on Monday took a veiled dig at the National Democratic Alliance government in Bihar, stating that the condition of the State has deteriorated over the past 20 years.

Speaking to ANI, Anwar asserted that Rahul Gandhi's visit to Bihar was part of the Congress party's election campaign ahead of the upcoming assembly polls in the State.

"This was an election-related visit. He took part in the yatra taken out by students and youth in Begusarai.
