Washington, April 21 -- 'Sinners', the 1930s Mississippi-set vampire horror movie that stars Michael B Jordan in twin performances, replaced 'A Minecraft Movie' at the top of the domestic box office as it grossed USD 45.6 million over the weekend.
'Sinners' achieved another benchmark as Warner Bros. announced that the movie is the first horror film to earn an A CinemaScore in over 35 years.
CinemaScore, a marketing research company, polls moviegoers across the country on the first night a movie plays in theatres and asks those surveyed to fill out ballot cards that grade a movie anywhere between A to F to determine its final score, reported People.
