Siliguri, July 16 -- State BJP President Samik Bhattacharya on Wednesday criticised the TMC-led West Bengal government, accusing it of compromising internal security.

Bhattacharya further pointed out that a silent demographic invasion is on in the state, asserting that the common people of the state do not want Rohingya to cast their votes in the polls.

"The internal security of West Bengal is being compromised. We are living in a state, having more than 2200 porous borders with Bangladesh, and the situation in Bangladesh is vulnerable right now.
