New Delhi, Feb. 6 -- CPI member of Parliament P Sandosh Kumar has criticized the alleged ill treatment of indians who were recently depported from the US terming it a violation of humanitarian rights. Kumar, along with 13 other Rajya Sabha members, had served a notice under Rule 267 to suspend the day's business in order to address this issue of great concern.

"This shows the inhuman attitude of the Trump administration," Kumar said. "But what concerns us more is the way these people were transported to India. They all were handcuffed, and all genuine humanitarian rights were denied."
