Patna, May 16 -- Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Bihar President Dilip Jaiswal on Friday slammed Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi for allegedly attending a program at Darbhanga's Ambedkar hostel without prior permissions, stating that merely filing an FIR against him is insufficient and that he should be sent to jail for his actions.

Spekaing to ANI, Jaiswal said that Bihar is the land of Chanakya and Rahul Gandhi will not be able to fool people here.

"For the program that Rahul Gandhi held yesterday in Ambedkar hostel without permission, not only should a case be filed against him, but he should also be sent to jail. Is Rahul Gandhi some God that he will break the law and no case will be filed against him? ... Bihar is the land of Chanak...
